Amsler-Scott Scholarship

MHY Family Services invites youth who were served by MHY Family Services, and who are interested in furthering their education or trade, to apply for the Amsler-Scott Scholarship. Through the Amsler-Scott Scholarship Program, up to $5,000 a year can be awarded to qualifying individuals.

To be considered for an Amsler-Scott Scholarship:

• You must have completed or have been discharged from a program of MHY Family Services
• Complete the Amsler-Scott Scholarship Application
• Complete the FAFSA Application
• Complete the CHAFFE GRANT Application if discharged from residential care

All applications will be reviewed by the MHY Family Services Board of Directors, and candidates will be notified of the decision. If approved, payment will be awarded on an ongoing basis contingent upon proof of adequate academic progress. All payments will be made directly to the school.
