Community Services
Program Overview
MHY’s Community Services Programs are focused on preventing the removal of at-risk youth from their homes. MHY staff develop and implement tailored and comprehensive support services, including counseling, mentorship, and educational support, to meet the unique needs of youth and their families.
As a result, our clients benefit from improved emotional well-being and stability. Youth receive the guidance they need to thrive academically and socially, while families gain the resources and skills to foster a nurturing home environment.
These programs contribute to healthier, safer communities by ensuring that at-risk youth are supported and connected to the resources they need for successful futures.
High Fidelity Wraparound
MHY’s High Fidelity Wraparound program brings families, communities, and trusted support systems together to help youth in Venango County overcome behavioral health challenges and build lasting success.
School-Based Behavioral Health
MHY’s School-Based Behavioral Health program brings counseling and therapeutic support directly into schools, helping students overcome emotional and behavioral challenges so they can focus on learning and success.
Intensive Aftercare and
Community Monitoring
These programs support youth at risk of deeper involvement in the juvenile justice system by providing supervision and guidance to help young people stay connected to their families and communities.
