Assists the Residential Program Manager (“RPM”) in coordinating the residential programming, staffing support, and supervision of residents with maladaptive behaviors.
Responsible for identifying and assisting in linking clients in residential services and their families to natural and community supports, such as other family, schools, county agencies, and other providers. The FSP position provides
intensive levels of peer support for families, working on skills in the home that have been identified in
the client’s individual treatment plan.
Designs curriculum, implements lesson plans, and provides instruction to students ages 9-18. Ensures the physical and emotional well-being of students through positive direction and role-modeling. Demonstrates successful classroom management and effective collaboration. Must be PA certified to teach Math K-12.
Openings in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Clarion/Venango Counties
Provides intensive home-based clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice system with the goal of preventing out of home placement. Must be capable of working closely with probation and community providers in collaboration with evidence-based outcomes in alignment with MHY goals and strategies. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings.
Part-time opening out of our Franklin office to support Venango County. Responsible for providing education and support to adolescents with emotional needs, and their family.
Coordinates the psychiatric medication program and services for all MHY residents, comprised of at-risk-youth between the ages of 9-18. Assists with in-house direction and training regarding the same. Part-time opening with modest scheduling flexibility required.
Part-time opening out of our Franklin office to support Venango County. Responsible for providing support to adolescents with emotional needs and behavioral challenges.
Provides direct-care to MHY residents, comprised of at-risk-youth between the ages of 9-18, who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and/or are involved in the juvenile justice system. Responsible for carrying out daily routines and therapeutic activities, behavior management, report writing and communication with families.
Supports specialized RTF programming for boys with maladaptive behaviors. Assists the Assistant Director and Director in the management of daily programming, compliance with all regulatory and accreditation entities, staffing and supervision, and direction of all residents as scheduled.
