Residential Advisor

Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-17 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and/or are involved in the juvenile justice system.  Responsible for carrying out daily routines and therapeutic activities, behavior management, report writing and communication with families.

Assistant Residential Program Manager

Seeking an Assistant Residential Program Manager’s to support residential programming. Responsible for the day to day supervision of residents, up to age 18, who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system. Assists the Residential Program Manager (“RPM”) in coordinating the programming, staffing support, and supervision of all residents as scheduled, and provides general operations support as necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator

Responsible for the design and delivery of psycho-educational group content and materials in MHY Residential Treatment Facility (“RTF”) programming.  Trains and supports the training of the Therapeutic RA and other employees in the delivery of psycho-education content and activities, and directs employees during content delivery as necessary.  Collaborates with Development employees and others as needed to support volunteers in the preparation and delivery of psycho-educational/recreational activities.

Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-18 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system.  Coordinates the psychiatric medication program and services for all residents and assists with in-house direction and training regarding the same. Modest scheduling flexibility required.

MST Therapist

Openings in Butler, Lawrence and Venango Counties

Provides intensive home-based clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice system with the goal of preventing out of home placement.  Must be capable of working closely with probation and community providers in collaboration with evidence-based outcomes in alignment with MHY goals and strategies.  Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings.

Development Assistant

Supports Development and general operations by performing the following functions at the direction of the Development Manager. Assists with organizing annual giving and donor initiatives, participating in the cultivation and solicitation of donors, and provides general operational or strategic support to other Development Department activities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule when necessary to accommodate appointments, events or campus activities.
