Openings in Allegheny, Clarion/Venango, and Lawrence Counties
Provides intensive home-based clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice system with the goal of preventing out of home placement. Must be capable of working closely with probation and community providers in collaboration with evidence-based outcomes in alignment with MHY goals and strategies. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings.
Responsible for the delivery of services to assist adolescents with emotional needs, and their families. The Youth Support Partner (“YSP”) provides various levels of direct support to youth and adolescents, working closely with the Facilitator to support positive outcomes.This is a part-time position out of our Venango county office.
Responsible for the design and delivery of psycho-educational group content and materials in MHY Residential Treatment Facility (“RTF”) programming. Trains and supports the training of the Therapeutic RA and other employees in the delivery of psycho-education content and activities, and directs employees during content delivery as necessary. Collaborates with Development employees and others as needed to support volunteers in the preparation and delivery of psycho-educational/recreational activities.
Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-17 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and/or are involved in the juvenile justice system. Responsible for carrying out daily routines and therapeutic activities, behavior management, report writing and communication with families.
Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-18 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system. Coordinates the psychiatric medication program and services for all residents and assists with in-house direction and training regarding the same. Modest scheduling flexibility required.
