Through its residential, educational and community-based programming, MHY strives to meet the changing needs of at-risk youth and their families through a holistic approach to treatment.

Residential Advisor

Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-17 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and/or are involved in the juvenile justice system.  Responsible for carrying out daily routines and therapeutic activities, behavior management, report writing and communication with families.

Seeking a full-time Therapeutic Residential Advisor to support MHY’s new, gender-specific RTF programming. Responsible for the day to day supervision of female RTF residents, up to age 18. Carries out daily routines and therapeutic activities, behavior management, report writing and communication with families.

Assistant Residential Program Manager - Male RTF

Serves the male RTF comprised of boys ages 11-17 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system.  Assists the Residential Program Manager (“RPM”) in coordinating the programming, staffing support, and supervision of all residents as scheduled, and provides general operations support as necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsible for the day to day supervision of female residents, up to age 18, who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system. Coordinates and assists the Assistant Director (s) and Director in the management of residential programming, including matters related to daily programming administration, compliance with all regulatory and accreditation entities, staffing and supervision, and direction of all residents as scheduled. Supports the Assistant Director(s) and Director in general operations as necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Residential Therapist - Female RTF

Seeking a full-time Residential Therapist to support MHY’s new, gender-specific RTF programming. Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk-youth, up to age 18, who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system.  In partnership with MHY’s contract psychiatric services, affords residents with individual counseling, group counseling, and supports resident’s with family counseling.  The candidate must be able to work some flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Registered Nurse

Serves MHY residents comprised of at-risk- youth between the ages of 9-18 who are at risk of abuse or neglect, have been abused or neglected, have serious emotional, mental or behavioral disturbances, and are involved in the juvenile justice system.  Coordinates the psychiatric medication program and services for all residents and assists with in-house direction and training regarding the same. Modest scheduling flexibility required.

MST Therapist

Openings in Butler, Lawrence and Venango Counties

Provides intensive home-based clinical services to families and youth involved with the juvenile justice system with the goal of preventing out of home placement.  Must be capable of working closely with probation and community providers in collaboration with evidence-based outcomes in alignment with MHY goals and strategies.  Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings.

MST Therapist

MST Supervisor - Allegheny County

Oversees and administers the delivery of MST Services to youth and their families directly, or through staff therapists. Ensures appropriate supervision, accurate documentation and related reporting occurs in a timely manner and in alignment with MHY goals and strategies. Must be able to work some flexible hours, including evenings.

MST Coordinator

Works collaboratively with the MST Supervisors to support effective oversight and implementation of the Multisystemic Therapy model. Collaborates with the Supervisors to afford direction and administrative support for the program.  Ensures that necessary program practices are in place, and aids in overcoming barriers to those practices as needed. Ensures appropriate administration and supervision in alignment with MHY and MST policies, goals and strategies.  Must be able to work some flexible hours as needed, including evenings.

Provides an educational atmosphere that supports the intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and emotional growth of students age 11-17.  Responsible for designing and implementing curriculum, lesson plans, and instruction that result in academic success in alignment with Longmore Academy’s goals and the mission of MHY.  Ensures the physical and emotional well-being of students through positive direction and role-modeling, and otherwise contributes to an effective and positive school environment.
