High Fidelity Wraparound
High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is an evidence-based process that supports youth who are demonstrating behavioral health challenges. Guided by youth and families, this highly collaborative team process brings people together to increased use of natural supports, school, church, neighbors, non-profits, extended family and more to meet their needs without reliance on social service systems.
Currently serving Venango and Crawford Counties, High Fidelity Wraparound has been successful in reducing and/or eliminating truancy, increasing community connections, increasing positive relationships and behaviors in the home, school, and community.
Referrals can be made by formal systems such as the child, youth and family services, the justice system, schools, behavioral health services, outpatient therapy, drug and alcohol therapists as well as from family members, church officials, sports coaches and friends of the family.
