MHY Family Services Welcomes Lisa J. Perry as Chief Advancement Officer

MHY Family Services is proud to welcome Lisa J. Perry as our new Chief Advancement Officer. 

Lisa brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, relationship-building, marketing, and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to advancing mission-driven work, building meaningful partnerships, and helping organizations tell powerful stories that inspire support and create lasting impact.

In her role at MHY Family Services, Lisa will lead advancement efforts through fundraising, outreach, marketing, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships. She will work closely with leadership, staff, board members, donors, volunteers, and community partners to strengthen support for MHY’s programs, including Longmore Academy and our Multisystemic Therapy program.

Lisa’s work will focus on growing philanthropic support, expanding foundation and corporate partnerships, reengaging donors, elevating MHY’s visibility, and helping more people understand the life-changing work happening across the organization every day. 

With her passion for children, families, education, mental health, and community-centered impact, Lisa is excited to help advance MHY Family Services’ mission and support the continued growth of programs that help young people and families thrive.
